Quality Training
We provide students with an excellent education in order to succeed in the barber industry with the ability to master various haircutting techniques. We provide students with quality hair cutting training so they can in turn provide quality haircuts to the clients that come into the barbershop or salon. ​

Diversity
We strive to have a diverse knowledge in the haircutting industry, serving men and women in various haircutting styles. ​ Barbering is the oldest, most well respected profession in the history of man. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the barber, hair stylist and cosmetology sector is expected to continue to grow through 2014. In addition, there are also many long-established barbers who will be retiring in the next 10 years which provides a lot of potential for new barbers entering the profession.

According to the NACCAS job demand survey of 2007 barbershops and salons in Pennsylvania planned on hiring over 8,700 new employees over the upcoming 12 months. In addition, 75% of Pennsylvania barbershop and salon owners who attempted to hire new employees in 2006 said they were unable to find properly-trained applicants. This means that jobs are currently available for barbershop and salon professionals. Although this survey is a bit outdated, the current economic recession adds to the attractiveness of the barber profession offering an affordable and flexible career path to those people laid off and looking for a career change.

​According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics employment of barbers, hairdressers, and cosmetologists is projected to grow 10 percent from 2014 to 2024, faster than the average for all occupations.
